Located in the Sierra Madre mountains of Southern Mexico, in the state of Chiapas. The farm is nestled next to the Triunfo Biosphere Reserve, a 50,000-acre tropic cloud forest which helps to provide rich soil and clean water. This rich and diverse climate provides some awesome coffee and we hope you can appreciate this coffee as much as we do.

Coffee beans cultivated at higher elevations have more complex and nuanced flavors and aromas.


Single-origin coffees are all from the same region and normally the same farm / coop. This means you are more likely to get a flavor / aroma based on the origin and not a mix of flavors like you would in a blend.


Wash processed coffee beans are dried after removal of the cherry skin, which results in a creamier, more consistent taste.
